The manufacturing unit Modern Plastic Industries as the name suggests is a  plastic centric industry operating in the field of injection moulding which is used to manufacture plastic components that can be used for manufacturing of other products. Injection moulding is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting materials into a mould, a common technique in the manufacture of plastic components. We manufacture tube packaging, shrinks. rolls for medical tape, spools, pe caps, printer components, pen casings and covers as well as other products depending on the customer’s demands.

The raw material in the form of polypropylene which is sourced from the well reputed Reliance industries which comes from their unit in Vadodara . Once the raw materials have been sourced , colour is added to the granules which are placed in a popper in an injection moulding machine that is fitted with an impression of the finished product and automatically produces components in the required shape and size.

We use specially imported injection moulding machines from Taiwan which have eliminated the need for manual labour as everything here is done automatically. Our machines are capable of producing up to 50,000 units a day. However, this number depends on the mould used for various products. The products also pass through stringent quality control checks before they are dispatched to the customer. By using the best possible technology, we are able to produce components both efficiently and accurately.
